The Orlando Christian Martial Arts & Kung Fu has many classes that run throughout the week, in Lakeland (116 east pine street, lakeland florida 33801) we have a school that trains individuals 6 days a week and in Orlando we train practitioners and seekers of the art at 1913 Meeting Place, Orlando 32814 (Near "Colonial" every saturday at 12pm) Sifu Justin Och is a Black and Gold sash practitioner in Wing Chun Kung Fu and has also trained in many other styles. Wing Chun Kung Fu Classes are held 6 days a week in 2 locations from Lakeland to Orlando. To find out more information about where and when classes are held, please contact us.

Wing Chun is a Southern Chinese Martial Arts, Wing Chun is a direct, scientific and clinical style of fighting, in which the opponent is quickly overwhelmed by speed and power. Being a martial art this intense and practical fighting aspect is just one part of a whole system, and emphasis on relaxation and physical health, continue well into old age.
